Born in Havana Cuba, Pablosky Rosales is graduated from "Instituto Superior Pedagogico Enrique Jose Varona" in the specialty of Musical Education. Since 1997 has worked professionally as tres player with several bands in Cuba and out of the island too.
His father Pedro Pablo Rosales singer -songwriter and one of the lead vocals in "Orquesta Sublime" introduced him to the music world, and specifically to the guitar. Several years later Pablosky started playing tres and this little steel stringed guitar became his true love.
Playing in the renowned band CUBANISMO in which he had the opportunity to apply his skills as composer, tres player and arranger Pablosky shared stage not only with world class Cuban musicians, but also with amazing international performers, such as Brian Blade, John Pattitucci, Danilo Perez, George Duke and the Yellowjackets just to mention a few.
Since he arrived in Toronto in 2006 he has collaborated with some of the most important salsa, Cuban music and Latin jazz bands in Toronto, such as Hilario Duran’s ”Havana Remembered“ ”Son Ache“,“Café Cubano“,”Jane Bunnett and Spirits of Havana“, and Luis Mario Ochoa’s latest project ”Cuba tradicional“.
